- Wet sausage - (500g Vac Pack)
- Droewors - (1kg Vac Packs or Paper Potato Bag)
- Mince (500g Vac Pack)
- Patties (6x150g Patties)
- Whole cuts i.e., Shoulders, Fillets, Rumps, Sirloin, etc.
Please arrange for processing at least one week BEFORE via WhatsApp (Group Leader
plus your name)
Charge: R31.50/kg just Carcase Weight plus R27.00/kg for processed sausage.
Includes all spices (Crown National/Margo swiss), lamb casings - (24/26longs), fat
(sheep tail - no pork)and packaging.
All “wet” and dry products are vacuum packed and are packed neatly in neat/new
brown meat boxes.
We also specialise in Karoo Lamb, we have pre-packed Karoo Lamb in whole or half
packaging. The lambs are packaged: Leg/s whole, rib/s whole and the rest chops,
tailor-made packaging done on request. Please enquire for price and availability to
avoid disappointment.
Deliveries to Cape Town – For direct deliveries priced as follows:
R295 for 10 KG of processed/dried meat .
**add R3.95/ kg for every kg more than 10 kg,
